- Quiz: Engage with short quizzes designed to test understanding after watching videos, currently supporting only Ted and Ted-Ed content.
- Video Summary: An option to read a summary of the video is available for those who prefer a quick overview, limited to Ted and Ted-Ed videos.
- Dictation: This feature allows users to listen to English video clips and transcribe exactly what they hear, significantly enhancing listening comprehension by encouraging attention to detail in language playback.
- Speaking: Utilizing speech recognition technology, users can practice their pronunciation. After listening to a clip, they can repeat the speaker's words and see real-time text conversion for comparison, with scores provided based on the Dice coefficient formula.
- Translation: While engaging in dictation and speaking exercises, users benefit from side-by-side translations in over 60 languages.
- Vocabularies and Exercises: Users can take notes on new vocabulary and phrases encountered during exercises and practice through tailored vocabulary drills.
- Watch Videos from Your Favorite YouTube Channels: Unlike many other applications, SubVi allows users to watch videos from their preferred YouTube channels as long as those videos feature subtitles.
